We have a committed and talented team of staff who are all dedicated to ensuring the best for our children in every aspect of school life. We always put the children first and ensure on a daily basis that they can 'take care, be proud' and 'live life in all its fullness', thus reaching their full potential. Their high standards of teaching and learning, along with the wonderful pastoral support they provide for our children, are of a very high standard, and they are frequently recognised and praised by visitors to our school.

Professional Development at Archbishop Cranmer
All staff at Archbishop Cranmer are committed to ongoing professional development to ensure high quality teaching and support for all pupils. Training is carefully aligned to school improvement priorities and is delivered through regular staff meetings and planned development opportunities.
Early Career Teachers receive a structured programme of support and mentoring through the Early Career Framework. This ensures a strong start to their careers and is supported through partnership with the Flying High Teaching Hub as the Appropriate Body, alongside links with Nottingham Trent University and SCITT providers.
Staff at all stages of their career are supported to develop their practice and leadership through a range of professional learning opportunities, including external training and recognised qualifications.
