At Archbishop Cranmer C of E Primary Academy we pledge to 'Take Care of ourselves, each other, the world and with our work'. We learn about how we can do this through our RHSE Curriculum which helps us to build resilience and recognise the importance of caring for ourselves, one another, our work and the world. Classes also take part in mindfulness breaks during the day to ensure that we have space for calm within our classrooms to help with our learning.

Taking care of our mental wellbeing is just as important of looking after our physical health. This page contains some useful links and activities which can help you to prioritise your mental health and wellbeing.

Remember, you can talk to any grown up at school about your feelings. If you need to talk, Mrs StevensMrs Hodgson (Wellbeing Lead), Miss Wilkinson (ELSA) and Mrs Chilton (ELSA) are here to help.
