Please join in the Kung Fu punctuation warm up on Class Dojo before starting this task. Today's learning task is to compose some questions based on the characters in a picture. Please encourage your child to use the question words they have been using earlier this week. Please support them to use the think it, say it out aloud, count it on your fingers, write it and then check it approach, (using the Kung Fu actions.)
If your child is struggling to write the questions independently please feel free to scribe for them after encouraging them to write the initial question word and to put in the ? at the end of the sentence. Many thanks.

Today's lesson is all about writing a statement sentence. Children will need a pencil and some paper please.

This is Monday's literacy lesson all about adjectives. The children will need a pencil, a hard surface to work on and some paper, preferably lined. Please photograph their work and upload to their dojo profile so that we can look at their writing, give feedback and offer rewards for their effort.
